RETURN POLICY.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS/RETURNS - however, if there is an issue, we will do our best to help come to a solution. IF in the circumstance we do accept an exchange to remake or modify an item, the return shipping cost to us is at the customers expense. We will then mail the new/modified item with tracking. The new shipping cost is at the customers expense and must be paid before shipment.

All of our items are custom made. Please read all descriptions fully before purchase. We can’t be held responsible due to misread or understood details.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS: Please check our Return Policy.

SHIPPING ITEMS/LOST ITEMS: We here at Wickedly Handmade, primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service) to ship all of our packages Domestically and International. We provide Tracking Numbers on all orders, and all orders/items will be shipped at buyers risk. Please make sure your address is correct and updated before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible if an item/package is shipped to the wrong address if that is the address we were given. Customer must contact us by Email or Message within 24 HOURS if an address does need to be changed/updated. Past this point, we cannot be held responsible on where it ships to. If an item gets returned to us here at Wickedly Handmade due to being an address it cannot be delivered to, lack of signature, or change of address, there will be additional shipping fees to send the item/package back out. This will be at the customers expense.

Wickedly Handmade is not liable for any Lost or Stolen packages. Once we provide a tracking number and the package is within the USPS Mailing system, we here at Wickedly Handmade cannot be held responsible if a package is Lost, Stolen or damaged. In the case that your package is delayed, lost, stolen or damaged, please contact your local postal service carrier office to file a claim before contacting us. We will however do our best to also check into the tracking number that is attached to these packages and offer what help we can as far as insight if you are unsure on how to file a claim with your postal service.

If your order is returned to us and is unclaimed by 60 days of us receiving it; meaning we have been unable to contact you via email, your order will become Void and we will refund the cost of the item Minus the Shipping and Handling costs the package had incurred.

INTERNATIONAL/OUTSIDE OF THE U.S: We do ship worldwide and are extending our locations we ship to daily based on interest we are encountering. All International orders will ship with USPS the same as our Domestic orders, and will also include a tracking number. Please be advised that International/Outside of the U.S orders do take a longer time to arrive. Also, once a package has left the borders of the U.S and are in route to their designated country locations, tracking will not update until the package is scanned in within the destination country. Wickedly Handmade is not liable for any Lost or Stolen packages. In the case your package is Lost/Stolen/Damaged once within the Postal Service, please contact your shipping carrier to file a claim. The customer is responsible for all Customs Fees including Taxes and Duties. Lost or Stolen claims may take up to 100 Days to process within your country regulations. If your order is returned to us and is unclaimed by 60 days of us receiving it; meaning we have been unable to contact you via email, you order will become Void and we will refund the cost of the item Minus the Shipping and Handling costs the package had incurred.

TURNAROUND TIME ON ALL ORDERS: All orders will be shipped within the stated turnaround times that are mentioned in the individual listings. The turnaround time at Wickedly Handmade does Not include Weekends or Holidays and are Business Days only (Monday - Friday). Please be aware that some Holidays will be different in the U.S where we are located compared to Holidays outside of the U.S and we follow our Holiday dates only.

SHIPPING COSTS: All purchases will have their own shipping costs, and we cannot guarantee to combine multiple orders if they are not placed at the same time. We will do our best to do so. Please keep in mind when orders are combined the weight changes and increases which then alters the cost of shipping. Some circumstances may not allow for any shipping overage refunds.

WHY WAS YOUR ORDER CANCELLED: To protect the buyer as well as our company, any orders that are flagged as High Risk Fraud will be cancelled and refunded.

If you do not adhere to our policies your order may be cancelled and refunded.

If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address or any other reason, and is unclaimed by 60 days after we receive it; meaning we were unable to contact you via email, your order will become Void. You will then be refunded minus the cost of Shipping and Handling.

We at Wickedly Handmade take great pride in ensuring the care in packaging and shipping our items. We do not ship out broken, cracked, ripped, or damaged items. In the case your item comes damaged due to an error in the postal service, Wickedly Handmade cannot be held responsible.

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.
